Our SoftSwim® Program is for pool owners who prefer a non-chlorinating sanitizing system. It's a gentle alternative system that makes pool water feel incredibly soft to your skin, eyes and hair. It's easy on pool surfaces, too. All the SoftSwim® products are liquid for effortless application.

No mixing or pre-dissolving needed! The three steps of this Program are:

	SoftSwim A to prevent algae Contains a patented algae preventative that is perfect with SoftSwim. Highly effective algicide works hard to prevent the growth of algae Regular use allows the other SoftSwim products to function more efficiently. Becomes more active when temperatures rise and the sun won't evaporate it.
	SoftSwim B to sanitize water Long-acting sanitizer kills and controls bacteria. Main active ingredient is biguanide, a substance so gentle that it's used in contact lens care. Ultra-violet rays of the sun will not decrease its effectiveness (and no stabilizer is needed). Usually, only need applications of SoftSwim B every two weeks.
	SoftSwim C to keep water sparkling SoftSwim C is a highly effective, dual action product with a powerful clarifier and a hard-working oxidizer. Our patented combination gives your pool sparkling clear water plus the ability to keep chemicals in your pool water longer. Removes contaminants that cause cloudiness. Formulated to last up to 30% longer in the water after application; this can save you money!

There are a few other SoftSwim specialty products that help you get the best results from the SoftSwim program. They are formulated to work specifically with biguanide chemistry. REMEMBER: Chlorinating products and biguanide do not mix. Never use chlorinating products in your SoftSwim pool. Here's what you should use: 

	SoftSwim Filter Cleaner This is the single-most important specialty product for preventing cloudy water and allowing the filter to operate at peak performance. It's uniquely formulated to work with any kind of filter used in a SoftSwim pool. It helps your filter remove particles specific to the SoftSwim chemistry. It allows for better circulation and water clarity by removing dirt, oils and deposits from the filter. We strongly urge you to chemically clean your filter with SoftSwim Filter Cleaner every four to six weeks
	SoftSwim Filter Aid This is a dual-purpose product that works as a filter aid, giving the filter a hand in removing suspended particles in the water. In addition, it may be used as a flocculent, binding tiny particles together so they drop to the bottom of the pool for easy vacuum removal. This is the preferred method to quickly clear very cloudy pools.
	SoftSwim Stain Control Here's a product that prevents metals in water from staining pool surfaces. Use Stain Control in pools with a plaster surface or anywhere dissolved metals like iron, copper and manganese are present.
	Optimize The Program! Adding Optimizer® Plus™ enhances the SoftSwim Program. You'll see and feel the difference Optimizer Plus makes. While it suppresses algae, it also buffers against pH changes and — most noticeably — softens the water so it feels gentle on your skin.
